At this blog, we usually talk exclusively about Palm Beach real estate. But as we border Broward county and often get questions about that market as well, I figured I’d tell you about it today.

In specific, I thought we could discuss the Broward foreclosures and short sales market. With everything going on with real estate in the south Florida marketplace, foreclosures and short sales have become much more prevalent in the area.

The problem for the potential buyers around this area is that it is often very difficult to find a good solid list of these without some ridiculous cost being paid. So, we’ve taken the time to dig out a nice list of foreclosures in the area that are browseable by city.
